Yesterday, I got an email for a validation code but I never asked about the code. This is the second time I've got an email for validation code. But after I checked the log I never saw any login attempt (successful/failed login). Is this unusual or just happen randomly? and of course, what I do is change the password and add some authenticator. Does someone experience this too?

Never had this happen myself, but yeah if your seeing login requests that you didnt do or are getting random 2fa pings change your password.
Alternatively I would just recommend using a mobile authenticator, as its more secure requiring a potential attacker to gain access to your phone along with your email.
