Only 2 ways to know: - Fly to China and use the fortune teller (you need to be level 15 to fly); - Work in a level 7 game shop.
I don't really recommend either. You'll get there when you get there. At this point you should be focusing all your energy in attacking so you get to level 15 asap and start flying to buy plushies/flowers abroad.
Like others have implied, you can't know precisely how much xp you need to get to the next level until you get to level 15.
It's better to concentrate on acquiring experience to get to level 15 quickly as possible using the Baldr guide above, rather than worry about how close you are to your next level.
After you do get to level 15, there aren't many incentives to keep grinding experience until you get to 100, so most people stop actively grinding experience once they hit level 15. Instead, most of the energy after level 15 is focussed on either gym training, getting more money or a combination of the two.
