I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.

You are taking the Bachelor of Military Arts and Science education course.

I don't see the reduction I have in merits and in working experience can someone explain this to me?

So at 35 days you've already received a significant reduction.

You have 14% reduction from merits and 10% from the Education job. The reductions were correctly applied as are also shown on the Education page itself. 49 days x 0.86 x 0.9 = 37.926 days:

14:41:01 - 12/04/24 Henceforth started the Bachelor of Military Arts and Science course which cost $5,000 and will take 37d 22h 13m
