The native Torn app was removed from the iOS app store many years back due to Apple restrictions. I believe it may also be unavailable on Google Play in some countries due to regional laws.

When playing on mobile, your options are:
  • Just use it in your browser (e.g. Safari)
  • Install Torn as a PWA (add it to your homescreen)
  • Use a third-party app such as TornPDA (disclaimer: I am one of the developers)
