I would like to suggest adding a Clown Car to the list of vehicles available for racing

It could either be an incredibly rare vehicle like the Bugatti, with great stats, or one thats available for everyone to buy and race and not overpowered

The Clown Car would shed upgrades as it went around the track and the winner of organised Clown Car races would be the vehicle with the most upgrades left intact at the finish line

It would add some amusement to racing

This would be nice for those who have endless useless racing points to have something to interact with, though I think the winner should still be determined based on the existing formula, but losing upgrades as you go would already influence the outcomes. R+ if mechanically possible!
