Those points were sitting in the faction vault for TWO YEARS, and now suddenly it can't hold them? Since when? This must be a new change.

Also, to close a bug report without making sure of details like that, which are clearly shown in the screenshots, is rather unprofessional.

- Changed ranked wars to not reward any points to factions that don't have the Point Storage upgrade

This might have something to do with it. Though I do think points that were already in the Faction before this change should be given and not removed.

If you want to keep points in the faction, you need a points vault. If you had points in the vault that you didn't own - that was an issue which has been corrected.
