Inconsistent api for faction attacks

We had a war with PT-ShadowRazors, which ended on the 20th of April at 07:10:08. https://www.torn.com/war.php?step=rankreport&rankID=13500

At appears that in the logs there is an attack that counted as a ranked war attack after this end time. The attack log is; https://www.torn.com/loader.php?sid=attackLog&ID=3fda03258a9ac0694054588706d4b939

As you can see that the attack ended 2 seconds later, however in the api it is showing it is still classed as a RW hit.

Edit: In addition to this, the RW report supplied by torn is incorrect, and showing a member as 142, when only 141 were made during the wars timeframe.

Please read my response here, which is the exact scenario that you are referencing here. The attack log that you have provided is actually the one which finished the ranked warring by reaching the target score. The RW processing is finished first (as soon as the finishing hit is dealt) before the value gets inserted in the attacking results table. This is also why the player is shown to have made 142 hits, because they made the hit that finished the war, hence the log also has the war multiplier.
