How should I get energy - I cannot afford Xanax but want to level up my character, mainly through the gym.

You can use LSD they're cheap but provide 50e.
- wait for natural energy to regenerate up to 100e
- subscribe and as per above but to 150e - see Donator House
- drink energy drinks, but you likely can't afford just yet

You can also sell losses. At 250k each, 4 hits gives you 1m and you can buy 1 xanax and make another 10 hits. Continue and you will afford more xanax :)

Step one, go to tutorial forums, find a leveling guide or leveling targets list, attack highest level people you can beat till you reach level 15
Step two, fly abroad to buy flowers or plushies, sell to earn enough money to rent Private Island with an Airfield (and preferably all upgrades), hire all possible staff, keep flying to earn another 10m to buy large suitcase, in the meantime get into a faction with +10 travel items upgrade (and preferably +10% gym gains and -30% drug overdose chance)
Step three, earn enough for daily xanax, refill and rent just by flying to UK, it's about 1.3m per 4h flight
Marrying someone who has PI or will split rent and upkeep with you will help a lot, good faction (at minimum 500k respect) will help massively.
Energy is the most valuable resource in this game, so you want to start taking xanax as soon as you can afford it, buying Donator Pack or subscribing and then using daily energy refill, again, as soon as you can afford to. Living in maxed Private Island lets you fly substantially faster with more travel items, and also greatly increases your gym gains, especially while your stats are still very low.
