Hey everyone I was wondering if there is a way I can work out an estimated amount of arsons I and the faction has for OC's. Like is there a script out there to get a rough estimation ?

Means the rest of your team is took weak. We only have 2 80nnb and 17 teams.
Tornstats.com
I don't think it is as popular or accurate now that majority of players are moved over to Crime's 2.0, but torn stats has the calculator at this exact link: https://www.tornstats.com/tools/arsons
Your CE levels raise a lot faster with Crime 2.0, but we've notice a huge increase of failures in our PAs from our faction. Even our team with a few 75's and a 70, has been failing often now.
Hope this information is helpful

Check out torn.report/crimes, you can get an EA estimate by clicking the top right button.
Doesn't include Crimes 2.0 for obvious reasons, but does give you a fairly accurate reading on 1.0 CE.

I’ve got 80nnb and couldn’t lead a PA
How many times have you tried? How strong is your team? I mean 80 NNB is impressive. I have 80 NNB as well for near twice your age.

The thing is, they were successful a bunch for weeks and then all of a sudden, they're not for weeks.
I was like 5 or 6 good, then 1 or 2 bad, then 3 to 4 good, then 1 bad.
Now it's like 5 bad, 1 good, 4 bad, one good (maybe I'm wrong)
That was from two 70, two 65. Now it's three 75 and one 70
We tried starting some new teams as a lot of us got to 70 and 75, but I think it's a skewed number, because we're at 70 with around only 30K over crimes completed.

We have 8 teams, im ranked 22 in CE
If you have 8 teams and ranked in 22, then no need to lead the teams. There are 16 members who take first and second position at least.
Thats seems wrong honestly. 80nnb should be able to lead a PA well, if youre 22nd in CE and have a NNB of 80 and still failing then Id assume they arent balancing teams that well.
CE doesnt equal nNB
CE matters not NNB. If you have enough CE for NNB of 80, you should be able to lead a PA.
Someone feel free to correct me if Im misunderstanding.

that's completely normal.
You are misunderstanding. Specifically this sentence: "If you have enough CE for NNB of 80, you should be able to lead a PA"
For Crimes 2.0 users, NNB increases are closely related to CS increases rather than CE gain. CE does have some bearing, but CS is the main factor determining NNB increases.
You can be 80NNB and a terrible PA lead simultaneously, the 80NNB that migrated onto 80NNB has much higher CE compared to the 80NNB that grew into it through crimes, and given that OCs in 1.0 only look at player CE and don't give a shit about CS, it makes for some really strong 80NNB players paired with some fairly weak 80NNB players.

I have asked myself the question because i was on shitty OC with my last faction, here you can see how it is :
Political Assassination = 650 arson
Plane Hijack = 150 arson
Cruise line = 50 arson
Money train = 15 arson
Planned robbery = 5 arson
Bomb threat = 1.5 arson
Kidnap = 0.5 arson
Blackmail = 0.15 arson
