If I call chains within a certain time frame how does it work?

1. It pulls chains that started in the time frame
2. It pulls chains that ended in the time frame
3. It pulls chains entirely contained by the time frame (both start and end time are within the time frame)

If you use faction/chains, then it looks at the chain start time when you use the from parameter. So if a chain started at 1714838409 and you use from=1714838410, it will not show up.
