I’ve wondered since torn has opened in 2004 has there been any poker professionals doing a zero to hero working their way up from the 2/5 bet tables all the way to the 1.25M/ 2.5M tables?
Just a question

Why worry about others ? Do it yourself!
shouldnt just a question be in questions forum?
This should he in Q&A. Not much discussion
Because it is not ordinary question, it is a Wonder Question! Yeah nevermind..
Akenomics is probably the closest thing to what you're asking, word on the street says he was won some "turnies" irl which i assume is poker slang for tournaments
I doubt poker has been around since the very beginning of the game. Regardless, the thread linked below is likely the closest example of what you're asking.

People who play professionally may also notice that when there isn't real money on the line, the game just isn't the same. There are way more all-ins and crazy stuff when it is just pixels.
