City and some parts of torn is taking too long to load.

Can you please try clearing site data + cache for Torn from the browser settings and see if it resolves the issue?
It's the same in torn pda too loading is slow for city, loto in casino and some other perticular pages.
PDA also has an option to clear cache. There have been no issues from Torn side that can cause slowdowns (besides this), it will be up to you to check what is wrong on your end.
