Iv accepted a mission to attack a guys Spouse, Flew to where the spouse is, he's in hiding as he's not been on for a long time, will not show him for me to attack.

Go to the guy's profile. Then go to his spouse profile from there. Save the link or keep the page open. Once you land, attack.
