What could be the best can to start off training them? And wich ones have the best e to money ratio without caring about booster time?

Damp Valley.
It's the best $ > E and it's cheap-ish.
With faction perks it's pretty much an FHC a day.
Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong, that's my understanding and the cans I'm currently using.

This is helpful thanks
I'm relatively new, and would love to know wtf a can is.
They're talking about energy drinks (e-cans), they provide 5/10/15/20/25/30e for 2h booster cooldown
Is there any guide to this/ can training?
If not, how much do you spend on training with damp valley's per day?

Ecans use 2 hours of booster cooldown. So for example: if you have 30 hour max booster cooldown, then you can use 15 cans the first day and 12 every day after (24 hours in a day).
Multiply the price of the can of your choice by the number of cans you can take daily. That will be your daily training cost

It's roughly 20m a day give or take.
