Money in Torn is not Expensive. There are couple of ways to earn in Torn.
Properties, Items and Money Sinks such as upkeep etc. are expensive.
Just buy some more money, it's that easy

"Expensive" means cost a lot of money
"Money is so expensive" does not include a comparison, it is saying why money cost so much money.
