The attack button works but when initiated the screen goes blank. The default TORN boarder is still there so I'm able to back out but no attack options.

Can you please try clearing site data for Torn from the browser settings and see if it resolves the issue?
Settings cleared. Still the same.
You need to clear browser data and cache. I am not sure which settings you have cleared. Which browser are you using? Are you able to reproduce the issue in Incognito window?
