player come from different time zone all over the worlds
i live in South East Asia and the ranked war always started at 10PM or/and the middle of night
when 1 side of faction members are asleep and the war start, opponents faction can take a lead during this time
we have 4 week in a month, i suggest that every week the war start at different time
Week 1: 00:00 TCT
Week 2: 06:00 TCT
Week 3: 12:00 TCT
Week 4: 18:00 TCT
