Hi, I currently work for a friends software company and have noticed that we havent made any money yet so I was wondering which positions are necessary and which arent. We’ve got money in advertising, 4 employees and have put our prices to RRP. If anyone knows whats missing it would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you are filling all positions in order of lowest to highest and for every promotion nake sure you add some money to the promoty. So if cleaner is the "worst" job then everyone starts there then promotions can happen but only if every spot below the promotion is filled. And starting out put your prices just below rrp to get customers in and don't spend too much on advertising if you don't gave customers yet. Hope that helped let me know if you need anything else
Look at higher star companies as to how they set up, that’s the best thing. Also consider certain roles only influence certain aspects, so a cleaner won’t get you sales so don’t have all cleaners for example. I’m surprised you haven’t got any with your staff layout but look at other companies, read the description of the job roles as well and that helps.
