You need to pay at least 500k imo. 25e is worth at least 250k (as per all the losses on here)
A few comments on your request;
(a) You need to post your stats so people know if they're double.
(b) This merit is easily earned with you as the attacker. Plenty of suitable targets on Baldr's leveling list.
(c) You're not offering near enough $$$.
