Hi,
I have 54/55 Shoplifiting uniques.
I searched alll possible combinations of cameras, checkpoints and guards off for all shops and I can't find the last unique.

Is it possible that I got it and it was missed by the system somehow?

If torn says there is one, then there is one.
Shoplifting has some uniques that require 100% notoriety, check the wiki (or torn.report) for more details on which it might be.
The stats are correct, you are missing one Unique in shoplifting.
