Hey would there be any rules broken if a script that bought items from the bazaar until they matches open market prices were to be developed.

As long as it doesn't automatically buy it without human input, that would be against the rules.
Torn's scripting rules require one user interaction (e.g. button press) per non-API request. Torn's API is read-only so you wouldn't be able to use the API to buy items from the market.
