I updated my torn app today, and now it won't load. Eventually my phone told me to clear my cache, which i did, with no results. I get 0 notificatiins now, and i have to use the browser on my phone to play. This is bad at best. Anyone else?

If strictly on mobile, use TornPDA instead, it's much more reliable and user friendly than the app.
