While I am well aware that if you are lucky you can loot items from an NPC.
But if you are the one that does the final blow you gain not a lot, yes you get your name on their profile saying you beat them and you gain a small amount of respect for your faction.
Maybe we could do something like below, it has almost no monetary value like the other shirts you can get from the wheels-o-fortune..
