Why don't you be a little more specific about what you're trying to do. Why do you want to run a company alone?
Do you mean without employees? Technically yes, you can do that. It will not make money or gain stars/perks, but if you just want to use it for the vault, then you can. All though I do not advise that, I'm just saying it's possible.
