Per advertising rules:
Furthermore, we are updating our overall advertising guidelines. We will no longer permit players to offer services that advertise on behalf of others in the forums and trade chats. This ban includes services that sell bumps or post advertisements on behalf of others. This does not apply to smaller actions such as seeking immediate revives for other players, or advertising for your own faction/company if you are a direct member, employee or significant shareholder of a business/service, players posting "review bumps" of services is also fine. Newspaper advertising is exempt from these new restrictions.
As you are not a member of the faction, posting recruitment in the forums is not allowed. This will serve as your verbal warning for this.
