I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.

 

 

 

So I was doing the disposal crimes, abandoning firearm and then sent to jail for shoplifting at Big Al's?

 

just wanted to post this to make sure this is correct or a possible bug or mis-jailing?

Probably depends on the flavor text when you failed. I could see a world where you get caught throwing away a gun just to find out it was stolen from Big Al’s.

You would need to read the crime outcome to know why you got jailed for that reason.
