My addiction icon has not been appeting last few week I thought it was jus small issue but now iv of few times and it's hard to keep a track on when I should rehab thanks

Your addiction probably wore off. This happens naturally if you don't user drugs regularly.
The icon will appear when you have acquired sufficient addiction. If the icon is not appearing, you do not have enough addiction, there's no bug here.
