This was in GD before it was moved? Do people even check what forum categories there are, or do they assume GD=default?
Fair, I assumed it was GD since there is no question and these posts always end up in GD. (probably should be moved to GD lol)

First guide is very old, but still mostly true today. Another thing to factor that the guide doesn't, is that RW makes you essentially immune from bounties. Using RW time to burn through your bounties is a viable strategy, especially if it's going to last for days due to terming.
