    As we discussed privately, this was not a bug, but a retaliation bypassing early discharged. Closed.

According to War updates:

 

Early discharge enabled by default

Early Discharge will be immediately available at the start of Ranked Wars and Territory Wars for all incoming outside hits, removing the previous requirement to initially trigger it.

 

 

we got a member hit with no ED

Was a retal hit. Retal hit bypasses ED.
