When attacking, Speed goes against Dexterity to determine if you hit, and Strength goes agains Defense to determine damage. But what are the ratios that determine those specifically?
For example, in order to force a miss, how much more dex would the opponent have to have over your speed? A set number or a ratio?
Same with defense, what determines how much damage they inflict? Or inflict damage at all?

This comes from an old announcement here, and stat weights have not changed since (ofc this is calc'd for effective, not base stats)
