There been 24h now since the match is over, bet is still saying live bet, and no one even responding to this bug. Where are the staff resposible for dealing with this bug

Cricket: If a match is canceled before any play has taken place, then all bets will be void, unless the match is replayed within 48 hours of its advertised start time (in which case the bets will stand).
It is all handled automatically, you can await the refund once the time there has elapsed if the game is not replayed in accordance to the listed policy.
