Found a cipher at scamming crime background

If you wait on the page long enough, you can see the end of the image on the left and the bottom right. Scrolling slows down and stops and it starts going back up.

Honestly, Torn has tons of hidden easter eggs throughout it. So tinfoil hat not really required.
If you wanna get your feet wet. You know how all the images have animations that spin them around? There's an actual QR code on the Business Class Ticket that I'm happy to say that I helped solve. There's other ones too. I think the BCT one is the best tho as far as items go.
maybe a nod to gravity falls? they use the same code at credits per eps plus Maybe Cipher = Bill Cipher?
