Add a button to the organised crime page that allows leadership and members in the crime to send a mass mail to everyone partaking in it. This will make it a lot easier to manage them

I'd love more newsletter options in general. Like, the ability to a tick a list of members to send a newsletter to would be great and allow members to opt-in to certain mail types like faction games/competitions/events, without spamming those uninterested. :)
