For starters: post in the correct forum.

Secondly: if you need tips and advice on such aspects of the game; you are in no position to be running a faction. Destroy your junk shell and join a respectable higher end faction with perks that aims to help and provide guidance for their members success.

There's tons of guides in T&G sub forum for making money and leveling. They're both relatively simple concepts that are very limited in diversity scope. The game these days pretty much forces you down a few singular paths if you don't want to spend real money on the game.

-gambling, flying, mugging, trading, rw farming.

Money making I won't touch on, see above link. For leveling, attacking and leaving high level players is the fastest way to gain EXP. You can find a lot of target lists in the above link as well.

I am surprised it hasn't been linked already but Baldr's guide is a must read for all new players, it will get you on the right path.
