No sidebar, no top bar to log out or search. 

 

Microsoft edge, all extensions off. remove cookies & site data does not fix. 

 

Issue does not persist in incognito, or on other browsers.

 

Issue started after the downtime. I want to say replicating would be just use microsoft edge without incognito however i'm unsure if this is the case.

If the issue does not exist in Incognito window, it is related to caching on your computer or a player script interfering with the UI. I will recommend you to clear your cache, turning off all of your extensions and scripts and restarting your browser.
