The above note appeared on my screen after I placed a bounty on someone for a Duke Mission. My question is, do I need to be concerned about this? I am not really concerned about it at the moment...
Not really, it usually just means that the target was unable to be attacked, or properly be used to complete the mission (ie the mission was to mug X but X was fedded)
Has happened a handful of times to me, just proceeded with the new target
