When the guy you rent PI from gets permanently fedded you should get squatters rights until the rightful owner who is permanently fedded kicks you out of the PI, this would fit the game as it's atleast crime adjacent. Please put this update in the game somewhere in the next 37 days.

Since a permanent fed/account deletion would make it impossible for them to access the normal parts of the game, there wouldn't be a "until they kick you out". There is a half precedent here though since not too long ago they returned a slots jackpot to the casino when the player who won was permabanned. I'm split on it though because in that case everyone had a chance. I think an auction of seized assets like in real life would be a more likely to happen suggestion.
I think there might be potential for this in this game, but not in the way you described
