Can someone please explain how this M'aol npc is summoned Ive tried asking my faction but got nothing back lol

Did you try Alt+F4? Did you try turning it off and on again? Did you try logging out and back in? Did you try blowing into the cartridge? If yes to all of those and nothing, idk what to tell ya bro.
