Did the driver's licence education course perk of opening driving crimes go away?

Maybe the course description should be edited if no driving crimes are in the works for crimes 2.0
Your currently on the crimes 2.0 system which doesnt have any crimes that require the drivers licence course at the moment.
That course was required for a crime in the 1.0 system called transport drugs. So the course doesnt do anything at the moment aside from give you some working stats.

It already does state that it only applies to crimes 1.0:
Well, we don't know if they are in the works. Currently, there are just none released.
Could also apply to OC2.0 i stead of crimes
Um I guess I'm still on the crimes system 1.0 because I can't do the transport drugs crime. Because I don't have a drivers license.
Ya, drivers license is needed for transport drugs and arson warehouse in crimes 1.0
There's also (or was) a grand theft auto crime that needed the driver's license course.
But you are definitely on the Crimes 2.0 system
