Ask if anyone is doing revives and pay them for their services
Revives during halloween event are a rare thing, even if faction has 25e revs. unlocked.
I'd just wait it out.
My suggestion is fly out when med CD is almost capped so you don't require revives.

I had a time sensitive task to complete hence the panic in forums.
