Does this job perk reward get impacted by current happy? Or just my current strength? And how many job points can be used per day. And any other nuance that may apply to the job perk. I have a bunch of points from back in the day and just realized so lde like to maximize their usefulness

There's an old post from bogie somewhere, I'll see if I can find it, but each JP gives 0.02% of your stat (in this case str) up to a cap of 10k/JP, then adds 1 per 500 happy (basically nothing … - flare [2195157] Officer

If your talking about the "Roid Rage" perk yes it does get impacted by happy but the difference between a full bar and empty is so miniscule its basically negligible. https://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=3&t=16273639&b=0&a=0&start=0&to=22374990

Happiness does affect company stat specials, by +1 per job point per 500 happiness. (Company base gain is 0.02% per job point, again calculated as if individually used for compounding gains)

You can use as many JP as you want at once, I assume up to the 64 but cap, but nobody has that many JP so it's a bit of a moot point
Just use em, there's not really any point to trying to min-max them, in theory using JPs only to get to 50m would be ideal while using e in all other stats, but the margains are so slim and other comp specials are better so meh, not worth thinking too hard about it
Edit: flare won again :( rip
tbf I missed the second part of the question so it was a good combo lol
What's 64 but cap mean?
I meant 64 bit cap but autocorrect :P 1,844,6744,073,709,551,615+1 would likely break some shit, but that's only a theory, at most people have been here for ~7k days, at 10 JP/day that's only 70k, nowhere close (assuming someone was sitting in a 10* job every day, which is impossible with all the comp overhauls, inactivity breaks, time traveller yadda yadda)
More of a smartass comment than anything, don't worry too much about it :P
