For those that have flown over the Rainbow Bridge. Remembering our beloved pets.

 

I'll start:

 

This is Buddy Pettifer. He was pet by thousands of concert goers at a 3 day 5 stage event featuring Weezer. On my birthday, no less! It was his last big celebration before his passing. The photo is one of my favorites from that event. #ROCKFEST2019

We got a Border Collie pup we named Sugar when we had a couple of kids who loved to run about, and she fit right in. Would run after them and their friends and herd them up on the fields around the park, and was the best family dog we could have ever wanted. 

Any time the kids wanted to lay against her or bug her with playing and poking she would just sit there and let them until she had enough, then just walk off and find somewhere quieter.

She went completely deaf at the age of 11, and was put down at the age of 16 in October 2023, after developing more health issues than it was fair to keep trying to treat, causing a great deal of pain that we were no longer able to help. She is very missed.
