Is there a way to know exactly how much money you've put into/taken out of a private vault? I know there is the log of each deposit and wothdrawal, but if you've been on your island and sharing a vault for multiple years, surely there is an easier way to see what belongs to whom than scrolling all the way back and adding up/subtracting your amounts? There might be a super simple way that i've not thought of because my brain is a shrivelled up prune lately

Torn PDA has a super handy vault share function that monitors for you. I assume there are similar desktop scripts available..
Only by keeping a log as u go along, theres no simple way as far as i know. My ex kept a spreadsheet but i used to have to go thru the logs, very painful

Just at the top of the vault page. You have to set it up initially iirc using this button:
