Was just taking a quick look at a race when I looked at the bottom and saw this:
What does that red track mean? Is it N/A as in they took too long and was disqualified?
What does this mean?

It means that they crashed their car during the race 11.92% through.
They didn't finish due to the car crashing, just a random chance it happens at times.

The first time, you get a merit and are happy. After that you just loose upgrades and loose the race and it's not fun.
It is the only way out of a race once started without waiting till the end....just nothing you can do to make or prevent it from happening.
