Well it's pretty obvious... Lion plushie you get from South Africa which is an extremely popular travel destination due to the fact it has cheap Xanax. Travelers go there, buy plushies, if the plushies are sold out they buy Xanax, and vise versa. 

 

Panda plushies come from China which doesn't have this caveat so it's a much lesser flown to destination.
