Hello! I read about the medic playstyle and wanted to ask questions about it
My questions are:
- How long does it take to max out your skill?
- Is it easy to find a buyer for them?
- Are there any items that help with it like the crime ones?

Hello! I read about the medic playstyle and wanted to ask questions about it
My questions are:
1. About 2000 revives to reach 100 skill, but that number decreases depending on certain factors like revive chance. For example, a 50% chance revive gives 2x the skill gain as a 100% chance revive - but on average you'd fail it half the time, and you don't gain skill from fails, so you end up spending about the same amount of energy in the end regardless of chance.
How long that takes depends on how quickly you spend the energy to do it, and if you are in a faction that has perks to reduce the energy cost per revive.
2. Definitely harder now in comparison to before, since revive contracts are mainly for wars. A majority of ranked wars are either termed nowadays or use few revives in comparison to, say, a year and a half ago or earlier. Territory wars slowed down as the map became stagnant over the years, and have practically stopped after the major territory war last summer.
And yup, for individual revives, there's often freevivers who will revive people on the first few pages of the hospital. You might be able to sell some revives to people trying to clear bounties, or maybe to players in smaller ranked wars? (I don't have much experience with this, so I can't say for sure how easy/difficult it is, but searching for those opportunities does take time either way.)
Contracts still exist though! For the revive alliance I'm in, a majority are for 75 or higher skill, but there are occasionally ones that are open to all revive skills. Higher skill still helps a lot, because it improves your revive chances for any given target.
3. Yup, it's just your energy, your skill, and that faction perk that affects anything about reviving. Technically, there is Love Juice - reduces the energy cost of attacks and revives by 10e for five to eight hours (so from 25e -> 15e if you're in a revive faction) - but it only works if you use it during the 48 hours of the Valentine's Day event, and many factions will be doing chains, so you'll probably want to use the Love Juice on attacks instead.
