There might be one out there, or it might be possible to write a script which tracks how much each person has in the vault. However, there is no way to stop someone from just taking all the money when they want to.

I haven't heard of any scripts that track that because the game already does it lol

Both you and Shooby choose to come in super aggressive with a response that wasn't warranted based on the initial question.
Also, you said it wasn't possible without being manually completed, which based on a few responses above, including my own, is incorrect.
