Max MCS blocks is at 10 since the maximum energy is 1000 and the theoretical max of CBD at 656 since the max nerve is 32768 (I believe). Whether a single player can get that many CBD blocks is a different question.
You can have more than the max stocks, but their return is 0 after the max. You'd be investing to make a profit rather than investing for the stock benefit after that point.
The rest have no theoretical cap but there is again the practical limit of how much money a single player can accumulate.
