going bio to unlock blood bags (intro-> IV therapy) then sport is the best general starting path for edus, getting general edu bio is a trap, it's not worth the time invested for a (relatively) small amount of work stats long term
Fully completed psychology is very good too you get 10% bonus xp in all crimes for the rest of the. Game so you level nnb faster
General education is a red herring. The stat gains are massively underpowered compared to the rest.
Id suggest Bio first for blood bags.

Go for the one with gym perks first
Depends a bit on your play style. There are some things worth unlocking as they also take time once learning.
Bio of blood bags,
Then cyber to unlock virus programming as they take a while.
Then depends if you want to go to war or become a trader. Can go museum or get the gym perks. Or if you have fnds and want to run a company...
Eventually you will get them all but think about your play style and where you want to focus.
