For some reason, all my chats seem to be missing; General, Trade, Faction, DMs, etc. If there a bug or am I missing something?

If you are running Torntools there is an option to hide all chats. Check in the options to make sure it isn't enabled. You can also try disabling it in your extensions to see if it is the issue.
Otherwise in your browser, clear your cache and cookies (all time). Close the browser and reload it.

I'm using the mobile app, and have already done a complete dump of the cache and RAM, and still having the same issue. A staff member is looking into the problem.
